Falling Into a Healthier Way of Life!

With so much emphasis placed on disease and illness why does it seem health advice is falling on deaf ears? The answer is simple. You already know the importance of healthy living but you aren't quite sure how to go about living a healthy life.

You might think the solution is simply joining a gym or starting a new diet. The reality is that after 2 or 3 months you no longer work out and that great diet book you swore to read is now sitting on a shelf collecting dust. What you really need is a tailor made wellness and health program that works for you.

Cornell University research shows that if you are trying to kick a bad habit or improve your life, looking at your progress through a third party's eye is more likely to help to propel you forward.
